− Sapiens methodology is presented.
• The space formerly occupied by the restaurant, to learn about the history of elBullirestaurante and how it brought about a gastronomic revolution.
• The space dedicated to the interdisciplinary relationships that enriched elBulli’s capacity for innovation.
• And a space dedicated to elBulliDNA, where all the projects carried out since the creation of elBullifoundation are displayed.
