The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board ensures that everyone can enjoy the Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees without barriers. In the digital book Los sentidos del descubrimiento. La Costa Brava y el Pirineo de Girona para todos (The senses of discovery, The Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees for everyone), several hosts with different disabilities guide us through a selection of inclusive tours throughout the Girona area.

Christmas is a time for cannelloni, crisp biscuit rolls and nougat. But beyond the five-star gastronomy of the counties of Girona, the Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees are full of options for everyone at Christmas. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy experiences and traditions, and to enjoy the festive season.

Good weather, long days, afternoons on the terrace, strolls at sunset and fresh air in the early hours of the morning are some of the pleasures of summer. Today we bring you six activities to enjoy the summer and round off your holidays in the Costa Brava and in the Girona Pyrenees. Accessible proposals to suit all tastes.

Water polo, athletics, wheelchair basketball, boccia, powerlifting, wheelchair hockey, swimming, adapted paddle tennis, quad rugby, fencing... And so on up to 18 adapted sports modalities that are practised in our territory.

Soaking in the waters of the Costa Brava is the best remedy for the heat. Resting on the sand or putting your feet in the water, discovering the seabed by diving or sailing along the coastline in a sailboat or on a surfboard. A wide range of possibilities adapted to all abilities.

Handrails in the water, amphibious chairs, lifelines, accessible shaded areas, adapted changing rooms, walkways, bathing assistance, accessible car parks and wheelchair access to beach bars. These are just some of the services that the beaches of the Costa Brava make available to users so that everyone can enjoy a day at the beach.
