The cooking workshops at Espai del Peix are seafood cooking training sessions with the aim of highlighting the gastronomy of seafood products that are sold in the Palamós auction, especially those that are less known or those that are not highly valued in the markets.
Hand in hand with the chefs, visitors, young and old, amateurs and professionals, will actively participate in the preparation of different fish dishes from the seafaring tradition of our territory .
