On the banks of the Ter, watched over by the remains of an ancient castle, Cervià de Ter awaits you. Much of the town’s mediaeval character is preserved in its old quarter with cobbled streets and houses with ancient doorways. Some parts of the ancient walls can still be seen and touched, along with the tower of Les Hores and one of the old gateways (Arc del Portal). Beyond the walls, the peaceful landscape features black poplars and planes that outline and follow the meanders of the Ter.
