The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board ensures that everyone can enjoy the Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees without barriers. In the digital book Los sentidos del descubrimiento. La Costa Brava y el Pirineo de Girona para todos (The senses of discovery, The Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees for everyone), several hosts with different disabilities guide us through a selection of inclusive tours throughout the Girona area.

In 1992, the United Nations General Assembly declared the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Its aim is to promote the rights and well-being of people with disabilities. In the Girona area, several activities are organised to commemorate this day. Today we will review two of them, to be combined with other inclusive proposals in our territory.

Around 2,600 years ago, the Iberians became the first indigenous civilisation in what is now Catalonia. They were a people made up of several tribes, such as the Indigetes, who settled at strategic points along the Costa Brava. A unique and surprising culture that we invite you to discover.

Today we bring you six activities to enjoy the summer and round off your holidays in the Costa Brava and in the Girona Pyrenees. Accessible proposals to suit all tastes.
