Wild cuisine at the Vinyes d’Olivardots
If you are seeking total immersion in nature, you must try the Cuinem Silvestre (“wild cooking”) proposal from Aromes al Bosc. This project is led by Anaïs, a woman of innovative thinking who uses the edible plants provided by nature to create original recipes. With this workshop you’ll be able to find out more about some of this fauna, by taking a walk, identifying the plants and flowers and gathering them to make your own recipe. One of the places where you can enjoy this activity is at the Vinyes d’Olivardots, a small, family-run winery that seeks to infuse Empordanese balance and elegance into its wines, which you’ll be able to pair with your wild recipes.
A perfect combination of wine and well-being
