The Estanys de Sils (Sils lakes) offer the chance to take a relaxing stroll and get to know the landscape of one of the most important natural areas in inland Catalonia. The different circular and signposted itineraries, two of them excellent for all ages, allow you to enjoy the birds from the observation points strategically located along the route.
In l’Estartit, with the Medes Islands in the background, you can discover Mediterranean landscapes by following the GR92 path, the Ter route and other local itineraries in the surroundings of the Montgrí, Medes Islands and Baix Ter Natural Park. Some can be done on foot and others by bicycle.

Electric bicycles are excellent means of transport for touring the Empordà. The Burricleta centres offer a wide range of routes for all levels to get to know the region: audio-guided itineraries with GPS and cultural content.
And if all this activity has whetted your appetite, don’t worry. The Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees offer a wide range of gastronomic experiences that will allow you to explore the region’s character and traditions. You can take part in Cidertourism, a Mooma proposal to discover the secrets of apples and cider in the heart of the Empordà, or enjoy unique meals and wine pairings among the vines with the proposals of the Empordà Designation of Origin Regulatory Council.
