A huge beach, more than 2,400 metres long, which combines a more developed area with numerous facilities, with another which is virtually untouched, featuring dunes and paths which can be explored either on foot or by bicycle. Until a few years ago the tall and recognisable antennas of Radio Liberty were situated here, which the American Government used to broadcast propaganda to the Communist countries of the Soviet block during the cold war. Now, with the antennas no longer here, this space has been preserved from urban development and is a natural environment. The beach is also exposed to the waves and has a steep entry into the water and it costs to park in the nearest car park. The beach forms a continuation with Grau (Pals) and Racó (Begur) beaches.
