This is the beach where Salvador Dalí and his family enjoyed their summers for many years. We can still see what was once the family home, in the middle of an environment which also delighted Federico García Lorca. A close friend of Dalí’s, he came to visit in 1925 and 1927, an event captured in a sculpture by J.M. Subirachs rising near the beach.

Es Llané Petit tends to be cluttered with small boats which have been pulled ashore, making for a pretty postcard next to the building constructed at the beginning of the last century, with its rather characteristic tower. To get there all we have to do is follow the shoreline out of Cadaqués to the right. There is parking available nearby, al principi de l’Avinguda Verge del Carme
