Transitional stage characterized by the dominance of the extensive Mediterranean oak groves. During this third stage we will leave the rolling reliefs and fields of Garrotxa d'Empordà and we will enter the wild and rough landscape, dominated by the leafy Mediterranean holm oak of the mountain of Mare de Déu del Mont. We will pass by the majestic manor house of the Noguer de Segueró, the beautiful village of Beuda and the Romanesque churches of Sant Martí Sesserres, Sant Feliu de Beuda, Sant Sepulcre de Palera and Santa Maria de Palera. Finally we will descend to the river Fluvià valley and the beautiful village of Besalú, where we can visit its Jewish village, the Pont Vell, the church of Sant Vicenç or the church of Sant Pere, and lose ourselves through the small alleys of this village steeped in history.
