The impressive Benedictine monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, in the heart of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, gives its name to this festival which combines music, heritage and nature.

The church’s excellent acoustics make it the ideal venue for piano and chamber music concerts. There is also an off -site section, with other genres of music concerts taking place at the Espai Port in El Port de la Selva.
