An experience to help you let go, express yourself and release your stress, as you reconnect with who you are.

You will play and connect with your emotions through a series of simple exercises and structured games that combine drawing with movement and the body.
It’s not about painting something beautiful or getting a result, but about experiencing the pictorial games that work to make interesting things happen inside ourselves. All materials are included in the experience. No artistic knowledge required. Each workshop is three hours long.
