The itinerary follows the path of the Rec Major from lake to the center of Banyoles to explore the city’s industrial development, closely linked to the presence of water. It includes visits to industrial heritage buildings that tell us about the origin of the town, its trades, and guilds, but also about the importance of water, the presence of the Estany, and its ecosystem.
