“Ronqueo” is the traditional art of cutting a whole tuna to get the best pieces. On this historical, maritime and culinary journey, we will sail through the Natural Park of the Medes Islands, a marine reserve where the bluefin tuna crosses the Mediterranean in an old fishing boat from 1969, while a master snorer offers show and gastronomy in equal parts.

This experience begins at Port de l’Estartit with a quiet coastal navigation to get to know the context of the territory, later the boat takes a break on the route in a quiet cove where the chef begins the show accompanied by drinks for the diners.

Once the animal has been butchered, the chef prepares tataki, sashimi and other raw options for live tasting.
