Eighth stage of the Route of the Ter that takes us from Gerona to Sobrànigues. We leave Gerona by its northern end, following the course of the river Ter. In the first stage of the stage we move through urban areas and with various road infrastructures that we must cross. We recovered the solitude and the tranquility in the section of the Sants Metges and the gorge of Sant Julià de Ramis. In the last part of the day we advanced through a flat area, with crops and extensive plantations of poplars and bananas.
