The small municipality of Bordils, in Gironès, is structured around the Vinyals irrigation channel, quite a feat of engineering that for over three centuries has been irrigating these plains, overlooked by the bell tower of Sant Esteve de Bordils. Get on your bike, pedal alongside the irrigation channel and pay a visit to the mill.
