Vilallonga de Ter is, as its name indicates, a town that stretches along the Ter River. In the valley, there are plenty of riverside hiking routes, such as the Font Blanca (White Spring) and Font Negra (Black Spring) path. If mountains are your thing, the options are endless: the route of the shepherd cabins, the Tregurà path to Creu de la Fusta, the Catllar valley… The views of the valley are breathtaking from any of these points. And when it gets dark, visit the little village of La Roca with the cliff all lit up, a great way to round off the day.
