Throughout most of the year, Peralada hosts temporary multidisciplinary exhibitions at the Sant Domènec Cultural Tourism Centre. Access is free during the opening hours of the tourist office, which is also part of the centre.
The Miquel Mateu de Peralada Exhibition Hall was opened in 2001 and is dedicated to the dissemination of the artistic, cultural and heritage creation of the town. It is located in the Sant Domènec Cultural Tourism Centre, in the centre of the town, and forms part of the set of facilities that revitalise the cultural life of Peralada. It has a surface area of 200 m2, which allows for temporary exhibitions of large format and diverse themes.
