Palau de Santa Eulàlia is an unassuming small town on the Alt Empordà plain, right next to the Fluvià river. It is formed by Santa Eulàlia (a small village) and Palau Sardiaca (a hamlet). The parish church of Santa Eulàlia, situated in the town centre, the Romanesque chapel of Sant Esteve and the houses reflect the simple, peaceful and quiet nature of this town.
